Privacy

This page is a placeholder. The full privacy notice has not been written yet. Until it is, this page only describes how this website uses analytics and how enquiry details are handled.

Details entered in the enquiry form are sent by email to the BizDai team so they can reply to you. They are not used for anything else.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how it is used. It is switched off unless you choose "Accept analytics". Until then, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google Analytics.

If you accept, Google Analytics records the pages you view, your approximate location (worked out from your IP address), your device, browser and operating system, how you arrived at the site, and an event when an enquiry form is successfully submitted. It sets cookies, named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, to recognise your browser on later visits.

The enquiry event only records that a form was submitted. Your name, email address, company name, enquiry text and anything else you type into a form are never sent to Google Analytics.

Google processes this analytics data. You can read how Google handles it in How Google uses information from sites that use its services and in Google's Privacy Policy.

Your choice

You can change your mind at any time. Select "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page, then choose "Accept analytics" or "Reject analytics". If you reject or withdraw consent, analytics stops straight away and the Google Analytics cookies this site is able to remove are cleared. Your choice is remembered in your browser so you are not asked again. The site and the enquiry form work the same either way.

Once a privacy notice is available it will replace this text and describe what is collected, why, how long it is kept, and how to request its removal.

For anything urgent in the meantime, use the details on the contact page.
